A Blueberry Chia Seed Pudding that is easy! Simple easy meal prep.
Serv: 1
INGREDIENTS:
1/3 Cup of fresh blackberries
1 Cup of almond milk
Pinch of cinnamon
1 Tablespoons of JFriend Manuka Honey
1 Serving of Nuzest Clean Lean Protein - Vanilla
1 Fresh Fig
1/3 Cup of chia seeds
2 Tablespoons of unsweetened coconut flakes
1 Tablespoon of Macadamia nut butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend the blackberries, nut milk, fig + honey together, thereafter add in the macadamia nut butter along with the Protein powder, cinnamon and coconut flakes. Blend further until smooth.
Once blended you can add in your chia seeds mixing it well with a spoon.
Pour into your glass mason jar and keep overnight in the fridge.
